The Ask

KidSport, a national nonprofit dedicated to removing financial barriers so all kids can play organized sports, approached us to develop a compelling campaign concept for their 2024 Give the Gift of Sport initiative. Their goal was to surpass their previous $1M fundraising milestone, capture national, provincial, and regional attention, and inspire Canadians to make a meaningful impact during the holiday season. To achieve this, they needed strategic support in campaign development, project management, and video production—designed to drive donations and change the lives of young athletes across the country. â€‹â€‹

The Solution

We built a bold, emotionally resonant campaign from the ground up to elevate KidSport’s Give the Gift of Sport initiative. Our team led end-to-end project management, developed a strategic campaign framework, and collaborated closely with designers to create all visual assets. We scripted and storyboarded the campaign’s commercial, managed videographers, and oversaw both pre- and post-production. The result? A national campaign that included a powerful TV spot and exceeded expectations—raising well over $1 million and becoming the most successful fundraising initiative in KidSport’s history.
