The Ask
Boardwalk, a trusted Canadian provider of rental apartments and townhomes, approached us to refine and strengthen their digital advertising strategy. With a focus on maximizing reach and generating qualified leads, their team sought expertise in both Meta Ads and Google Search Ads. In addition to developing and managing new campaigns, they also required optimization of ongoing initiatives to improve ROI and efficiency. Key goals included driving more landing page views, increasing conversions, and boosting overall visibility to support leasing opportunities across their extensive property portfolio.

The Results
Between February and September 2025, our digital advertising efforts delivered impactful results for Boardwalk across Canada. Over the course of eight ad campaigns, we generated approximately 30 million impressions and reached more than 8.1 million people nationwide. These initiatives drove around 570,000 clicks and 410,000 landing page views, significantly increasing visibility and engagement with prospective residents. By leveraging both Meta Ads and Google Search Ads, we helped Boardwalk strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and position their diverse rental properties as trusted, community-focused housing options across the country.
